However, if you feel that the product you’ve purchased does not fulfill the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
You can get a refund if
- You’ve purchased your Obox product in the last 14 days
- The product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional
- You’ve posted a support ticket but your problem was not resolved (see point above)
- You purchased your product on our site, oboxthemes.com
- You are unable to download your product within 48 hours of purchase
